After-School Sports Program Facilitator
Schedule: Part-time, Monday, Wednesday - Friday 2:00pm to 6:00pm Tuesday 1:00pm - 6:00pm (On-Call)
Location: Central Unified SD: Central Elementary
Program Dates: 08/30/2024 - 06/12/2025
Expected Hourly Rate: $20

ABOUT YOU
- Have a background in sports and a passion for physical activity.
- Confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance.
- Connect with students and foster positive learning experiences.
- Pay close attention to student needs and adjust activities accordingly.
- Ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently within allocated timeframes.
- Clearly instruct students and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Can improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed by paying close attention to student needs.
- Are approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids.
- Present yourself as a confident leader and a positive role model.
- Available for On Call during hours listed above
Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, complete and pass a Live-Scan background check, and TB screening.
- 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences is strongly preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Completed 48 College credits
